(Our membership roster includes several nearly identical names and the only we can make sure we have the correct person is to have your old address as well as your new address.)

You must include an apartment or unit number in your address if you live in an apartment, or condo! We can't mail newsletters to addresses in multi-unit housing complexes without the unit number.
