The Aitionn is published in spring, summer, fall, and winter issues. Deadlines for submitting material are the 1st of February, May, August, and November, respectively.

The Editor will accept articles of general interest, reports of current events, and announcements of births, marriages, deaths and future events. Articles of general interest should support the objectives of the Society which are education, fellowship, recreation, and the preservation and promotion of Scottish and Murray Clan heritage and traditions. The Editor will publish articles as space permits and reserves the right to edit them for length, grammar, clarity and content. The Editor has final authority to accept or reject submitted material.

Digital text, photographs, and illustrations may be attached to an email or included in the body of a message. Photographs and illustrations may be embedded in the document or attached separately. Low-resolution photographs and illustrations will not be accepted. Identify all photographed persons. Handwritten or typed text, photographs, and illustrations are also acceptable. These will be returned if the sender encloses a self-addressed and stamped envelope.
